I am Anne-Sophie Riegel, a French clinical psychologist based in Dubai. I support infants, children, adolescents, parents and adults who are experiencing the effects of trauma, attachment-related difficulties or significant life transitions.

 

My approach is informed by affective neuroscience, attachment theory, polyvagal theory and a range of body-oriented therapeutic approaches, including Lifespan Integration (LI) and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).
